The starting point is at mandarfen, which is situated at 1,682 metres above sea level in the Pitztal; you can also park here.The Rifflseebahn lift transports you effortlessly up to an altitude of 2,300 metres on the comfortable 6-seater gondola cable car. The top station, along with the sunna alm restaurant, has a spacius sunny terrace. The building is a state-of-the-art passive house with sola technology and geothermal energy generation. The new trail around lake rifflsee is suitable for families and senior citizens.

• Summer operation  – 26. 6 - 3. 10. 2010, daily from 8.30 am - 4.30 pm, lunch break from 12.15 pm - 1 pm; closed to the public from 12.4 until 25.6.2010 for revision
• Bambini pass – children under 10 years free 8accompanied by an adult)
• Child tariffs – for young huests aged 10 to 15 years 8born 1995 and after)
• Senior citizens – applies only o walkers aged 65+
• Disabled – for guests with a disability ID card (disability level min 60% according to officioal ID) child tariffs apply.
• Tour groups  with a minimum of 20 paying guests receive a 10% group discount. The group leader must buy all the tickets together.
